“在云上”国际现场艺术节是中国艺术家、策展人和丽斌于2009年策划发起的跨界现场艺术活动，原名为“在云上”艺术现场，2018年改名为“在云上”国际现场艺术节。艺术节创办11年来，先后在中国昆明、大理、丽江、西安、北京、澄江、师宗、南京、南昌、楚雄等城市举办了七届活动，邀请中国、德国、比利时、瑞士、意大利、英国、美国、韩国、日本、新加坡、泰国、尼泊尔、孟加拉国的100多位行为艺术家、舞者、音乐人进行现场艺术创作与表演，“在云上”倡导不断移动的、即兴表达的艺术美学，努力尝试把东方美学和西方实验精神相融合，呈现自己独特的艺术美学。
“Above the Cloud” International Live Art Festival was initiated by Chinese artist and curator He Libin in 2009 and is a crossover live art festival. Originally named “Above the Cloud”Art Scene, it was renamed to “Above the Cloud” International Live Art Festival in 2018. During the eleven past years we have hosted seven art festivals in the Chinese cities of Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, Xi’an, Beijing, Chengjiang, Shizong, Nanjing, Nanchang and Chuxiong. More than 100 artists within the fields of performance art, dance and music from China, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, the UK, USA, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Nepal and Bangladesh have been invited to create their art and perform on site. “Above the Cloud”promotes the aesthetics of constant motion and improvisation, and we strive to combine eastern aesthetics with a western experimental mindset in order to create our own unique art aesthetics.
